We partner with our patients to provide the dentistry they want. Therefore, we also facilitate comfortable financial game plans to fit your needs. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards, as well as Discover, checks, and cash. We also offer a discount for payment in full at time of treatment; please ask Patti for more details.

About Insurance
As a courtesy, we file insurance claims, and benefits are most often sent directly to our patients. To clarify our position on filing for insurance benefits, we would like to share some facts about dental insurance with you.
- Your dental insurance is based on a contact between your employer and the insurance company. While we attempt to estimate your dental benefits to the best of our ability, this is only an estimate and should not be depended on as a final decision.
- You may receive notification from your insurance company stating that your dental fees are higher than usual and customary. This is because an insurance company surveys a geographical area, calculates an average fee, and then takes that fee and considers it customary. Included in this survey are discount clinics and managed care facilities, which bring down the average. Most doctors in private practice will have fees which are defined as above usual and customary.
- It’s important to keep in mind that many plans tell participants they will cover up to 80 percent or up to 100 percent, but they do not clearly specify fee schedule allowances, annual maximums, or limitations. It’s also good to remember that insurance companies do not cover all dental services.
